Jusbkme helps clients discover businesses, request or confirm bookings, manage appointments, and communicate around services. Jusbkme also provides business software for calendars, team coordination, intake forms, messaging, payments tracking, and product storefronts.
Unless a page clearly says otherwise, Jusbkme acts as a software platform and marketplace. The actual service provider is the independent business or professional listed on the platform.
2. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to visitors, clients, account holders, business owners, team members, and anyone else who uses Jusbkme websites, booking pages, owner workspaces, or related services.
- Clients use Jusbkme to browse, book, reschedule, or manage appointments.
- Businesses use Jusbkme to publish services, manage availability, collect intake information, and communicate with clients.
- Team members may use Jusbkme under a business account with role-based access.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account. Businesses are also responsible for inviting the right team members and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
- Use accurate account and contact information.
- Do not share credentials in a way that bypasses intended permissions.
- Notify Jusbkme promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Marketplace and booking rules
Business listings, service descriptions, pricing, booking availability, photos, policies, and promotions are managed by the listed business unless Jusbkme expressly states otherwise. Businesses are responsible for making those details accurate and current.
A booking request, confirmation, cancellation, or waitlist position may depend on the business settings you choose, the business availability, and any client-facing policies attached to that service.
- Clients should review service details, duration, pricing language, and cancellation terms before booking.
- Businesses should keep availability, service timing, and communication templates up to date.
- Jusbkme may display booking or marketplace content based on business settings, filters, or relevance signals.
5. Payments and refunds
At launch, some businesses may arrange payment directly with clients, including cash, bank transfer, or other offline methods. In those cases, Jusbkme is not the merchant of record and does not directly process the payment.
Refunds, reschedules, no-show fees, deposit handling, and service disputes are generally governed by the business policy shown at booking or otherwise communicated by the business.
6. Business responsibilities
Businesses using Jusbkme must operate lawfully, maintain appropriate licenses or permissions where required, and use the platform in a way that is fair to clients and team members.
- Provide truthful service, pricing, availability, and policy information.
- Collect and use client information only as needed to operate the business and deliver services.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Use role-based access carefully when inviting team members or contractors.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Jusbkme, interfere with the platform, scrape the service without permission, or use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- No attempts to bypass permissions, rate limits, or security controls.
- No use of the platform to distribute malware or harmful code.
- No impersonation of another person, business, or organization.
- No deceptive listings, fake reviews, or fabricated availability.
8. Content, data, and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload to Jusbkme, subject to any rights needed for us to host, display, format, and transmit that content to operate the platform.
Jusbkme owns the platform software, interface, branding, and related materials except where otherwise noted.
9. Suspension and termination
Jusbkme may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account creates security risk, violates these terms, harms clients or businesses, or exposes the platform to legal or operational risk.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Jusbkme is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, or that every listing, booking, or message will be error-free.
To the extent allowed by law, Jusbkme is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services delivered by an independent business or professional.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these sample terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated through the website, product notices, or email where appropriate.
